Text your girlfriends and mark your calendars because you don't want to miss this incredible event featuring some of our favorites! On March 22 from 7pm to 9pm, we're hosting an exclusive shelf styling workshop led by Amanda Louise of Amanda Louise Interiors as well as a pop-up shop with Norfolk, Virginia's Table & Tonic. Amanda Louise will pull items from both Cottage Grove and Table & Tonic to show you how to create a personal and cohesive look on your own shelves. Following the workshop, you can shop items from Table & Tonic and chat with Amanda Louise about your shelf styling challenges (come armed with photos!). We'll be serving hors-d'oeuvres and drinks throughout the night! Tickets are $50 per person and space is limited. Click the link below to register.
We hosted our semi-annual Flippin' Flea this past Saturday and we wanted to stop in on the blog and say THANK YOU to everyone who joined us! Our parking lot was packed with vintage furniture, handmade wares, and--everyone's favorite--coffee and treats. We're already looking forward to our next Flippin' Flea this Fall, but don't forget to come see us in between! The shop is filled with lots of fun finds for your home.
Tomorrow is Earth Day, and we’re excited to help you “go green” without sacrificing style. You know the Earth Day mantra--reduce, reuse, recycle--and at Cottage Grove Vintage Market we love to see our customers reuse! There’s nothing more fun than when a customer finds that perfectly aged, one-of-a-kind piece to bring into their home rather than rushing to the big box store for something new. While conventional stores make products quickly and turn over inventory from week to week, creating waste and sacrificing quality, our pieces are picked with care and will last for years.
Along with sustainability comes the idea of shopping local and shopping small, and we’re so grateful for all of YOU that continue to support us. We love the Greenville community, and it warms our hearts to know that so many of you have “reused” by shopping with us!
